Shipping policy

Pickup is available by arrangement from Whitetail Creations at 121 Allen Drive, Mars, Pennsylvania 16046.

Listed product prices are pickup prices unless a written quote states otherwise. Shipping may be available by request. Any freight charge will be quoted and approved before the supplier order is placed. Local delivery may also be available and will be quoted separately.

Product availability, supplier lead time, delivery timing, and fulfillment method must be confirmed by Whitetail Creations. No pickup, shipment, delivery, or service date is guaranteed until it is confirmed directly.

For freight damage, defective products, or incorrect items, contact Whitetail Creations within five business days and provide photographs of the product and packaging. Whitetail Creations will handle the applicable freight claim and determine the remedy case by case.
